Maple Syrup & Honey Return/Refund Policy:

At Roxbury Mountain Maple, we stand behind the quality of all our products! If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, send us an email at awfulgoodsyrup@gmail.com or give us a call at 607-538-1500 and we will refund the product or ship you a new one. Products are eligible for a return or refund up to 1 year from purchase date. If a replacement product is shipped there will be no shipping fee. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.


Beef Refund Policy:

Your experience and satisfaction is very important to us at Roxbury Mountain Maple so if we can make it right, we will. If there is a quality issue with your beef order, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the issue. Please send us an email at awfulgoodsyrup@gmail.com or call us at 607-538-1500 within 7 days of receiving your order.

All our shipping is done with UPS, and our beef is kept frozen using dry ice. We pack enough dry ice for it to last up to 12 hours after the delivery date for the event your package is delayed or you're not home when it's delivered. We guarantee our beef boxes and delivery only to the addresses we are provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the beef box is refrigerated or frozen once the package has been delivered.

We do not offer returns on beef orders, due to the complexities of return shipping with frozen items. We reserve the right to limit refunds.
