Dark & Strong Maple Cream is made from a mix of Organic Grade A Dark and Grade A Very Dark Maple Syrup. Our adventurous and unique Dark & Strong Maple Cream has a strong and complex maple flavor with a bitter-sweet finish. Every batch has it's own nuance of flavor, from caramel to smoky molasses. Sadly Dark maple cream cannot be whipped to the perfect smoothness of the lighter maple cream we offer. The choice is yours: Strong flavor and a slightly more crystallized texture of Dark maple cream or the milder, sweeter flavor of Golden maple cream with it’s perfect smoothness.

Our Maple Granulated Sugar is made from 100% pure maple syrup. We simply heat maple syrup to the right temperature, grind the crystals into a granulated sugar, and marvel at the result.
