Ingredients:

16 ounces Roxbury Mountain Maple Cream

2 – 3/4 cup good quality white chocolate chips

Recipe:

Prepare a 9×9 baking dish by lining it with foil or parchment paper or substitute.

  1. Over LOW heat in a medium saucepan, stir together the maple cream and the white chocolate until melted and smooth. DO NOT increase the heat! It may take some time for everything to melt and combine.

  2. Once smooth, pour the mixture into the lined baking dish. Gently press it into an even layer using a rubber spatula. If desired, top with chopped nuts.

  3. Let cool completely (you can speed set the fudge by placing it in the refrigerator for up to 20 minutes), 3-4 hours.

  4. Once cooled completely and set, cut into 1″ squares for packaging and serving.
